
FEMA Recovery Center Open in New Haven, Technical Assistance Available For Residents and Businesses Impacted by Storm Sandy. The City of New Haven's Office of Economic Development and the Livable City Initiative (Housing Department) are conducting storm damage assessments citywide. For those that qualify for assistance, federal aid may be available to address damages. FEMA has opened at disaster recovery center at the Long Wharf Campus of Gateway Community College, 60 Sargent Drive. Hours of operation are Monday - Saturday 8AM-8PM and Sunday 10AM- 5PM.
